Returns & Exchanges

At UNOde50, we want you to be completely satisfied with your unique jewelry; if you are not, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return your items for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and accompanied by all original packaging and certificates.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place your jewelry in its original red UNOde50 box and secure it inside a shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our workshop inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
